Yankee in the South –
I purchased this product back in July of 22. The product worked great for a few months. Recently I noticed the battery would not stay charged. I followed the instructions cleaned the filter and everything else recommended. I charge it for 5 hours and even overnight. Once I start to using the vacuum it shuts off after 10 or 15 mins. Once they vacuum battery becomes low the suction becomes poor. So I say that to say do not purchase this item. I have a regular Bissell vacuum and I have had it for several years and it specializes in pet hair and it works very well. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this item.
