The entire grease cup is dishwasher safe making cleanup simple. You can rotate and remove the E-Series hood for ease of use. Control the temperature with the EZ-Touch control dial and the large LCD Display. It the best non commercial griddle i have ever used. i use a light cooking oil or spray and have no problems with it sticking. Of course to much sugar or starch will cause sticking but even then super easy cleaning.
