The XR Hammer Drill comes with POWER DETECT technology, maximizing performance when used with high-capacity XR batteries. Using the 20V MAX* 8.0Ah battery, the Hammer Drill will deliver up to 29% more power versus the DCD996 Hammer Drill with a DCB205 battery.
