The Intex® Krystal Clear™ Sand Filter offers superb cleaning with easy maintenance and low operating costs. The filter sand only has to be replaced every five years. Six-way operating valve with ergonomic handle. Easy cleaning skimmer basket is built-in to prolong the life of the sand. Can be used with #20 grade silica sand (aka Sand) or ZeoSand®. Built-in GFCI, ground fault circuit interrupter, that instantly shuts off the pump if an electrical current comes into contact with water. 12 hour timer with 24 hour repeat cycle.
