Release the mulch door before mowing to fertilize your lawn with clippings or insert the side discharge chute to discharge your clippings to the side. The compact design features a sleek 18 in. deck and collapsible handles, making it ideal for storage in tight spaces. This mower is compatible with all RYOBI 40V batteries. This is a wonderful mower. I went back and forth between spending the extra money on the self propelled and I’m glad I didn’t. This mower is so lightweight, the self propelled is not needed. I have back issues and I can start this with one hand. Starting a gas mower became completely impossible. This is very easy to maneuver.
