Duty Rating, 20ft. reach height multi-position ladder now features a rope and pulley system to easily adjust the ladder height with a simple rope pull. This all-in-one solution has a built-in 1-touch leveling system to easily adjust for projects on uneven work surfaces. Many features packed into this ladder. I really like the adjustable feet that are easy to level the ladder on uneven areas. Also, the rope for the extension ladder really helps lift/lower like a traditional extension ladder. While the ladder isn’t light, the features packed in are worth the extra muscle to move around.
