Great cooking ability. The first day I used it I made stuffed bell peppers in a stoneware pan wrapped in aluminum. I treated it like an oven. Worked great! Grilled chicken twice so far. Easy to use. My husband said it was easy to assemble. We ordered online and had to put it together.
