It also inhibits corrosion, particularly iron, steel, galvanized, copper, and lead, by coating the surface of your pipes
- Coating serves as a protective layer that makes it harder for bio-film to form, it also helps to stabilize chlorine as the chlorine will not react with the metal pipe if the coating exists, this water filter has a capacity of 250,000 Gal. of water filtration
- Whole house water filter with DIY installation and maintenance – refer to the manual and our helpful YouTube videos for easy DIY installation, with 1 in. NPT inlet/outlet and 20 in. x 4.5 in. water filter cartridges, WGB32B-KDS whole home water filter system has minimum impact on water flow (up to 15 GPM) and requires minimum maintenance
