This updated take on a classic jobsite accessory adds innovative enhancements to make working on large or overlong workpieces even easier. Built of lightweight aluminum and durable steel, this rugged accessory can support tools and workpieces totaling up to 1,000 lbs. The wide top of the sawhorse features saddle trays that deliver additional support when mounting sacrificial wood to chassis. Slots on either end are perfectly sized to hold a 2 in. x 4 in. to create a base for a jobsite table, as moving handles when relocating, storing tools and cord management. Elastic polymer straps are included to keep materials of all shapes secure for cutting, grinding or sanding. They can also be used underneath larger work pieces for added vibration dampening and to provide a small amount of anti-slip grip. Fold-out material support brackets on the legs help keep extra building supplies off the ground and can also be used for managing power tool and extension cords. Each of the legs is independently adjustable, with 1 in. increments to compensate for uneven ground. Glass fiber reinforced nylon feet on the stand legs are easily replaceable when worn out and work to add traction to the legs and prevent slipping while also protecting finished flooring from damage. This sawhorse is easy to assemble and dissemble for faster jobs.
