This is a great set for many reasons. It cleans up much easier than my previous set. I cooked oatmeal this morning and it cleaned out of the pan so easily, with no stickiness at all. The only drawback I see so far is the hot lid handles. The pot handle is just fine and stays cool enough, but the lid handles get very hot. If you grab them without a potholder, you may burn your hand.
