The new John Deere Bagger for the 100 Series Tractor with a 42 in. deck requires no tools for set up and can be completed in 5-minutes or less. The 2 durable, loose-knit polyester bags with smooth, directed airflow provide efficient bagging performance and clean operation. This bagger is easy to empty and offers a generous, 6.5-bu (229-L) capacity. Simple to remove, the disassembled bagger is compact for convenient storage.

- Lower chute provides smooth airflow to reduce the chance of grass clogging
- Loose-knit bags and a large exit duct allow more air flow to provide complete bag filling in wet grass conditions

- Bagger lid automatically stays open while you empty the bags
- Bags slide out with a simple pull and the handles make emptying the bags easy
- Bagger lid automatically latches when you close it
- Special mower blades are not required for bagging, 2 optional high-lift blades are included with this bagger to increase bagging performance

This bagger unit was easy to install and required no tools. I installed it in less than one hour and it works flawlessly.

Easy to assemble and empty bags when full. However when mounted on the mower it makes it difficult to add gas to the under the seat gas tank

Works better than I thought, really did pick up the leaves even though I did not replace the existing blade with the one that came with this set. Also I read where it only fills one bag, but that is not the case. The farthest bag fills first, then the over spill starts to fill the second bag. I am very pleased with this item & I highly recommend it.
