Unit is very compact and easy to move around. The surface cleaner kept stopping when I was using it on my concrete patio to remove some mold especially the heavier areas. I was using mold removal liquid which worked really well. I switch to the tip that spins and that really took care of the stubborn spots. Overall I think it worked great
