This is a great product, good value for the money, taste great, nice texture , stores for a long time, fantastic for emergency back up food. I feel the best way to get the salt out, slice the Spam into 1/8 inch pieces, boil for about 15 minutes in hot water, the Spam will float to the top when all the salt is leached out. Then use it like any other meat products. I would recommend this product.
