These Mexican palm thatch 12 ft. Dia umbrella covers are made for custom frames that are approximately 11 ft. Dia leaving you with a 1 ft. overhang. This product is used for commercial industries and markets in resorts, restaurants, and stores. Also, used by individuals and home owners or themed into convention and trade show booths, or point of purchase merchandise sales displays. Weighing at approximately 50 lbs. these covers are easily tossed over your existing frames, and can be held down with zip ties, wires, or staples. These are not 100% waterproof and can be installed on a solid roof, or using 2 layers with roofing paper in between. Lifespan of any Mexican palm thatch varies depending on the environment.

• Use on metal or wood frames measuring approximately 11 ft. to 11.5 ft. Dia
• Mexican cover is hand woven, and can be seen from underneath
• Product is not fire-proof but can be by applying a certify thatch fire retardant or sending to a specialty company
• Use 2 layers for a full appearance, apply roofing or tar paper between the layers can make umbrella waterproof
• Prevent unraveling by cutting between the knots and not directly on top
