Amazing and simple machine that makes really good ice cream and sorbets….this is about as easy to use as can be. You just make a liquid mixture with a simple syrup and your favorite ingredients and let it cool while the ice tub freezes. Once everything is nice and cold you pour the cold mixture into the tub and watch it turn for about 15-20minutes, and you have a lovely treat…you need to freeze it for complete hardness for a few more hours…easy clean up and absolutely delicious creations….love it.
