Easiest way of use the fact that you can drain oil without pouring from fryer. Worked really well fried fish on first time use. Easy cleanup . would recommend for others to purchase.

This is the best deep fryer! Its sleek-looking and it fries like a dream. What the depiction doesnt show is the rack in the back that actually holds the heating element. Its deep and can easily fry for a family. You can even fry with lard because it has a fry setting just for that. Worth the money!
