The Hankook Kinergy GT is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. The tire model has remarkable all weather traction thanks to the silica-based tire compound and the symmetric tread pattern that increases the all weather traction and road gripping ability. The tread pattern’s special lateral lugs, wider Kinergy circumferential grooves and step-wing shoulder design avoid hydroplaning and increase the wet weather traction by dispersing water from below the tire footprint. The tire is M+S rated for its great mud and snow traction. The winter weather traction is further improved with the lateral grooves and the equalized chamfer sipes that are capable of firmly gripping snow covered roads. This allows the tire to be safely used year round.
