Noah –
I used this tire inflator today and it is so convenient and easy to use. Don’t have to mess with a heavy, loud air compressor you have to plug in. The pre-set tire pressure setting works well, but I find that I need to set it a little higher to get the air pressure I want it to stop at. But no big deal – it turns off at that number. It’s light, small, portable, quiet. This is ideal for topping off tires that are a few PSI under inflated and not for filling up a flat tire. I would use the Makita air compressor that has decent size tank. I have a few cars and motorcycles and once a month or two I just top off the tires to make sure the air compression is at the proper level. This is perfect for that and it gets up to the level pretty quickly. I find that holding down the button to be no big deal. I have other Makita battery powered tools and that 18V battery, so this was a great addition to the collection.
