Drill/Driver features a powerful motor that delivers 525 in./Ibs. of torque and 20% faster drilling when compared to the previous generation (R8600521). This model is 15% lighter weight and offers improved ergonomics. The 18V 1/2 in. Drill/Driver includes a 2-speed gearbox that provides 0-500/0-1,800 RPM. The 1/2 in. single sleeve ratcheting chuck holds bits tight and secure. The included Lithium-Ion 1.5 Ah Batteries are 10% more compact and 10% lighter compared to the previous model (R840085). Best of all, these Lithium-Ion 1.5 Ah Batteries are 100% compatible with all RIDGID 18V tools and chargers.
