I had some experience with Weber prior to my purchase, so that helped with my decision to order the Q1000. When my Q1000 arrived, the packaging was great. Inside, the instructions were easy for attaching the handle and connection of the lid to the body. After I connected the fuel bottle, I tried the ignitor, and it lit on first attempt. I love the porcelain coated grates. They fit in the dishwasher and wash up so nicely. The domed lid allows me to put a saucepan of water inside so that I can make coffee in a pinch. I love my Q1000!
