Bought this knife to replace my old electric filet knife and It’s one of the best investments I’ve made. I filet mostly Crappie and it does a great job. I was worried about the power of it, that it might not have enough. I was worried for nothing, it’s like cutting through butter when using it. I love the textured grip very easy to hold onto dry or wet. It’s a beefy knife and I have big hands so it’s perfect for me, but I could see someone not liking that part. After using it you would get over that pretty quickly. I have other Bubba products and have not been disappointed yet! Awesome job on this one as well!!!
