For maximum versatility it can be powered by Makita slide-style and pod-style lithium-ion batteries, from 10.8-Volt to 18-Volt or with the AC adapter jack (optional). For improved operation in harsh job site conditions the XRM07 features water and dust resistant construction, with protective bumpers for added durability. It’s part of Makita’s expanding 18-Volt Lithium-Ion series, the world’s largest cordless tool line-up powered by an 18-Volt Lithium-Ion slide-style battery. Makita 18-Volt Lithium-Ion batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger.
